Overview

BeadPulse provides custom crystal bracelet products and related services. Our products are made based on the bead styles, sizes, accessories, wrist size, and design details selected by the customer.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

Custom Products

Many BeadPulse products are custom-made. When you create and confirm a bracelet design, the selected beads, accessories, wrist size, sequence, and design details may be saved with your order for production purposes.

Because each bracelet is made according to your confirmed design, please review your selections carefully before placing your order.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product names, images, colors, sizes, prices, and descriptions accurately.

However, natural crystals may vary in color, texture, transparency, surface marks, inclusions, and overall appearance. These natural variations are part of the material and do not make each bead defective.

Product images are for reference. The final bracelet may vary slightly due to natural stone variation, screen display differences, lighting, and handmade assembly.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The final price shown at checkout is the price you agree to pay.

Payment must be completed before an order can be processed. Payments are handled securely through Shopify or approved payment providers. BeadPulse does not store full payment card information.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we believe there is an issue with payment, inventory, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or violation of these Terms of Service.

If an order is canceled after payment, we will issue a refund according to the original payment method where applicable.

Order Changes

Because custom bracelets may enter production after checkout, order changes are not guaranteed.

We will try to help if the order has not yet entered production or shipment preparation.

Shipping

Shipping times and available shipping methods may vary based on destination, order volume, and carrier conditions.

Shipping estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped. Delivery time is generally 7–12 business days after shipment, unless otherwise stated.

Once an order has shipped, tracking or shipping updates may be sent by email when available.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Because custom bracelets are made according to the customer’s confirmed design, they are not eligible for no-reason returns or exchanges after shipment.

Please review our Refund Policy before placing your order.

Natural Crystal Notice

BeadPulse uses natural crystals. Minor natural features may appear, including but not limited to mineral pits, scratches, cotton-like inclusions, rough surface spots, black spots, ice cracks, internal textures, and surface marks.

These natural characteristics are not considered quality issues.

Bracelet Design and Sharing

If you use our bracelet builder or sharing feature, your design may generate a shareable link or design data. Anyone with that link may be able to view or recreate the design.

Please avoid sharing a design link if you do not want others to access it.

BeadPulse may store design details with your order to support production, customer service, and order reference.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to:

• Using the website for unlawful purposes.
• Attempting to interfere with website security or functionality.
• Copying, scraping, or misusing website content, product data, images, or design tools.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Using the website in a way that may damage BeadPulse or other users.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, graphics, product layouts, design tools, branding, logos, and visual elements, belongs to BeadPulse or its content providers unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers, analytics tools, and other service providers.

Your use of these services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
